My Impact on the Bozeman Wedding Expo

Event Experience

As Co-Director of the Bozeman Wedding Expo, I oversaw every facet of planning, marketing, and execution to bring this inaugural event to life. From concept to completion, I played a central role in creating a memorable and high-impact experience for both vendors and attendees.

To build momentum and generate excitement, I led the full marketing strategy—designing and managing the expo website, crafting targeted social media campaigns, and creating a cohesive visual identity that reflected the tone and quality of the event. I also built and managed a detailed content calendar and curated engaging, informative posts across platforms to drive RSVPs and keep vendors and couples connected before the big day.

On the partnership side, I secured 55 unique and high-quality wedding vendors from around the region—ranging from photographers and florists to caterers and venues. I also sourced and managed multiple event sponsors and door prize donors, building strong relationships to support the event’s financial success and overall experience.

The day itself was a true celebration—featuring live music, interactive vendor booths, champagne tastings, dance performances, and hundreds of thoughtful design details that created a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Over 200 attendees came through the doors, filling the venue with energy and connection.

This event’s success was a direct result of thoughtful planning, strategic outreach, and a deep understanding of how to bring people together in meaningful, inspiring ways. I'm incredibly proud of what we accomplished—and excited for what’s next.
